Oʻahu Church of Christ Seeks Full-Time Ministry Couple or Lead Minister

The Oʻahu Church of Christ is seeking a full-time ministry couple or a qualified lead minister to serve our dynamic, multicultural fellowship of approximately 250 disciples in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. We are prayerfully searching for leaders who will preach the Word, shepherd the church, and strengthen our mission across all life stages—marrieds, singles, campus, teens, and families.

We are open to candidates applying individually or as a couple, and especially welcome experienced ministry couples who can bring a collaborative and balanced approach to leading both men and women in the church. This role includes leadership development, preaching and teaching, discipleship, and partnering with churches throughout the Hawaiian Islands and our regional family in the Pacific Southwest.

The ideal candidates will be:

• Experienced in leading vibrant, multigenerational ministries (7+ years preferred)
• Experienced with diverse cultural contexts
• Strong in teaching, preaching, and personal discipleship
• Collaborative and humble in spirit, able to work well with staff and leadership
• Passionate about raising up leaders and reaching the lost
